Why am I unable to log in?

1. Incorrect login details or account not found. Make sure you’re using the correct Google account or email address and password to log in. Confirm your login details and log in to SurgeGraph’s app here.

2. Your payment failed. We were unable to renew your subscription because your payment did not go through.
