Why did my payment fail to go through?

Here are some possible reasons why your payment failed and how to resolve it:

  2. Your credit/debit card information is incorrect. Double-check your card number, expiration date, and CVV to make sure they are correct.
  3. Your credit/debit card issuer is blocking the transaction. Contact your bank or use an alternative payment method.
  4. You’ve reached your credit card limit. Contact your bank or use an alternative payment method.
  5. You’re not using VISA or MasterCard. At the moment, we only accept VISA and MasterCard. Alternatively, you can use PayPal instead.
