Why did my payment fail to go through?
Here are some possible reasons why your payment failed and how to resolve it:
- Your PayPal information is incorrect. Make sure that you’re providing the right details.
- Your credit/debit card information is incorrect. Double-check your card number, expiration date, and CVV to make sure they are correct.
- Your credit/debit card issuer is blocking the transaction. Contact your bank or use an alternative payment method.
- You’ve reached your credit card limit. Contact your bank or use an alternative payment method.
- You’re not using VISA or MasterCard. At the moment, we only accept VISA and MasterCard. Alternatively, you can use PayPal instead.
