How do I turn off recurring billing?

All plans incur recurring charges on default. To stop recurring billing, you will need to cancel your plan.

Follow these steps to cancel your subscription:

1. Log in to your SurgeGraph account.

2. Go to Account Settings - Billing Information.

3. Click on Update Payment Method. You will be directed to a website where you can manage your subscription.

Important: If you do not see the Update Payment Method button, click on the chat button at the bottom right corner or send us an email at hello@surgegraph.io to cancel your account.
