Before using the writing assistance tool, you can first adjust the AI settings to your liking (see article: Customize the AI Settings).

Below are the AI writing assistance functions you can use to fine-tune your content:

1. Rewrite

You can use the rewrite function to rephrase a specific text to word it in a different way.

Below are the steps to rewrite a specific text:

1. Highlight a text
2. Click on Rewrite
3. Review the rewritten text
4. If you’re happy with the rewritten version, click on Replace
5. If you want to see more variations, click on Generate more

2. Simplify

The simplify function rephrases a specific text so that it’s easier to read and understand.

2. Click on Simplify
3. Review the rewritten text
4. If you’re happy with the rewritten version, click on Replace

The Write for me function helps write the next sentence or paragraph and execute a custom command for you.
